About Your Order and Delivery
 
Which shipping company will my order be sent with?
The shipping companies that will deliver the orders you place through our website are shown at the top of the payment page, depending on your selection.
 
How much is the shipping fee?
For purchases you make through our website, the shipping fee for all cities within Turkey is displayed in your cart. In addition, for purchases with an amount of 1450 TL and above, the shipping fee is covered by us. 
 
I placed my order—what happens next?
After your order reaches our system without any issues, we will send an email detailing your order to the email address you used when creating your membership on our site. Our customer representatives will prepare your products and send them to the cargo company as soon as possible so that they reach you without any problems. Once your order reaches us, if there is no problem with the product, it will be handed over to the cargo company within 1 business day. When your product is delivered to the shipping company, we will send you another email to inform you and ensure you are notified about the shipment. 
 
 
How can I track the status of my order?
 
You can track all orders you place through our website via the tracking link included in the SMS that will be sent by the shipping companies.

What can I do if my order is not delivered?
If you are not at the address, your shipment is marked as “not delivered” and returned. It will be brought to your address again on the next business day. By contacting the shipping company in advance and getting information about the delivery time, you can ensure that your package is delivered at a time suitable for you. If you are not available at the address when they come the second time, the package will be kept at the cargo branch you are connected to for the following 3 business days. After that, the products that have not been received are returned to us.
 
What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
Please open and inspect the packages that you think may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the cargo company representative at the time of delivery. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery by having a report/tally prepared with the shipping company. Remember that by accepting the product delivery, you confirm that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty completely.
